Have you ever wanted to take up running but have never really had the motivation to do it?

Sometimes having a helping hand is just what you need to get out there.
I've been running for the last seven years and at first, I HATED going out alone. I always found a reason not to go: the kids weren't well; I had a headache; the dinner wasn't ready; it's raining; I'm too tired! Name an excuse and I'll bet you I used it!
I was lucky enough to have a close friend who also enjoyed running and was very good at it, so I had someone to give me a much needed kick up the butt! Without that kick, I wouldn't be the runner I am today.
I run for my own pleasure - nothing cheers me up more than getting out and pounding the pavement. Which is why I'd like to use my passion to help you.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner, just looking to improve your mileage or time, I'd like to work with you.

For those that need a little more assistance, I'll work one to one with you, taking a look at your current fitness levels, goals and personal circumstances, and together we'll devise a plan that's personal to you and achieving your goals. Once the plan's in place, we'll enjoy runs at times suitable to you.
