Saddle up, hold tight and take a ride with your instructor with this uplifting high octane indoor cycling class.

Choreographed to the beat of an energising sound track, this interval training class is a pure cardio, blood, sweat and tears workout that'll burn those calories in no time flat. We start with a low tempo warm up to prepare your legs for the journey ahead. You'll then build your strength and stamina by tackling tough hill climbs, sprints and time trials, before smashing though the finish line for that all important recovery and cool down at the end of the class.
