Lloyd’s early induction to the health and fitness world began as a semi professional footballer at Colchester United and Norwich City. Footballs’ loss was the health and fitness industry’s’ gain, when Lloyd diversified into personal training and teaching classes at local gyms. Lloyd has a warm rapport with his clients and exhibits an exceptional gift for motivating people regardless of their goals. This along with his enthusiastic and high-energy approach to teaching exercise classes, soon led to a great reputation and sold out classes.
Lloyd is currently regarded as one of the top trainers and instructors in the South East of England.
